Registered Patent Agent/Paralegal

As a registered patent agent, Marnie analyzes prior art search results, prepares patentability reports, and drafts and prosecutes patent applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and World Intellectual Property Organization, as well as works with foreign associates to prosecute patent applications before foreign patent offices.  

As a paralegal, Marnie assists with litigation, multiple aspects of the trademark lifecycle and copyright applications.

Prior to joining Laubscher, Spendlove & Laubscher, Marnie was a paralegal in the Life Sciences and Food and Drug Law practice in the Washington, D.C. office of a major Silicon Valley law firm.
